Fatima Yamaha is one of the many alter egos of visionary Dutch producer/musician Bas Bron. In the span of thirteen years, his iconic ’What A Girl To Do’ surfaced from underground cult status to sure-fire floor filler. After re-releasing the track with Dekmantel in 2015, Fatima Yamaha recently unveiled the EP Araya, doubling down on his well-honed electro-funk and techno signature. In his live sets, the synth wizard’s penchant for bright pop hooks and nimble minimalism both surface in crafty ways.
